All documents have been created with due regard for employment law governing the United Kingdom.

>Are the documents ready to use?
The documents are designed as templates to form the basis of the appropriate content for your business. You may need to include company specific information such as your Company name, in the areas indicated by square brackets []. We recommend you fully review the document content before publishing within your business.

>In what file format will I receive my documentation?
The documents are supplied in a Rich Text Format file, otherwise known as an 'rtf' file.
To open, edit and print the document you'll need Microsoft Word or an equivalent word processing package.
If you are purchasing a document "bundle" the Rich Text documents will be downloaded as a compressed or "zip" file. You will require a program such as Winzip or WinRAR to open the "zip" file and access the Rich Text documents. Please visit www.winzip.com or www.win-rar.com for further details.
Where documents do not require editing we may supply them in a PDF format. You will require Adobe Reader to view these documents. Please visit www.adobe.com for further details.

>How secure is the website?
All transaction information passed to our chosen payment system is encrypted using 128-bit SSL certificates. No cardholder information is ever passed unencrypted. You can be completely secure in the knowledge that no payment information you provide can be examined, used or modified by any third parties attempting to gain access to sensitive information.

>How do I purchase a document?
Simply browse our Document Shop, clicking on any items that you wish to buy. Place a tick in the "Purchase this document" box for each document you wish to buy and click "Checkout". You will then be asked to complete a few details in order for us to fulfil your order, before proceeding to our payment pages.

>How do I pay?
You pay for the documents either by credit or debit card on our secure payment site.
The following card types are accepted:

>How are the documents delivered?
All purchased documents are available for downloading as soon as your credit or debit card has been charged by Protx, our chosen payment provider. On completion of your transaction the downloads page is displayed containing a link to your document. Click on the link and save your document to your hard drive, or other suitable media. If you have purchased more than one document you will see a link for each document purchased. You will also receive an email containing the download links, which will remain active for a period of 30 days.
