Direct Debit Management System

 

Managing and collecting Direct Debits for an organisation can often seem like a complex and challenging task.   • Sort code and bank account validation can be easily and immediately performed. The system even checks that the account type can support a Direct Debit!
  • The system automatically checks for updates, so you will never have to work with out of date banking information
  • A full facility to produce standard letters is available within the software to produce standard letters. No import is required into other software for this, and ‘Mandate’ will even print both letter and envelope for you if required
  • Detailed historical data is available indefinitely for each account. No matter how far back a query goes, you will still be able to answer it
  • A user friendly reporting function is built into the software, including standard reports such as cash flow and collection forecasts. Ad-hoc reports can also be produced, allowing you to extract data for your own requirements allowing for easy import into Excel or equivalent
  • An optional AUDDIS feature is available, enabling you to collect in five days rather than wait ten for your first collection
  • Automated Direct Debit Amendment and Cancellation Service (ADDACS) enables you to receive amendments and cancellations electronically from your customer’s bank, eliminating the need for manual input of data
  • The system is fully scalable, and allows as many concurrent users as your organisation requires to manage its collection process
  • The SQL server database provides a robust platform suitable for even the largest organisations
